Grimrose Studios is an indie production studio based in Ontario, Canada. We help aspiring achievers from all across the world pursue their dreams in the film industry. From acting to directing, producing, scriptwriting and much more!

Jessca Alexandira -a filmmaker and horror author- opened Grimrose Studios in November of 2023. Finding opportunities was difficult for her at the beginning of her career so she made the brave decision to start creating her own. Now, with her new found skill, she wants to make opportunities for everyone who share the same passion for filmmaking that she does.

Film is one of the hardest industries to break into, with a 2% chance of having a successful and stable career. Grimrose Studios goal is to build an easier path for beginners into the industry, providing them with a safe place to build their skills and experience without judgement.

We believe everyone deserves the chance to do what they love, no matter the circumstance.

Featuring a short horror film and a fantasy audio series, we have managed to support over 50 individuals so far from around the world with their first steps into the industry.
